J'ai fais une partie sous Mac avant de faire celle avec toi, je trouvais ça bien moins fluide que sous ma machine windaube.
Pour dézoomer j'ai du utiliser le pad ( Deux doigts que tu fais glisser vers le haut/bas ).
Edit : Comme tu fais pour faire défiler le texte d'une page.

Justement, j'ai essayer 2 doigts, 3 doigts, 4 doigts, haut / bas.. rien n'y a fait, j'étais prisonnier d'un zoom sur la map,
et autant te dire que ça n'avait absolument rien de drôle comme situation :D.
Dommage, j'aurais aimé qu'on puisse en faire une vrai. Next time i guess.

Ya une option dans les réglages qui force le jeu a etre en dézoomage maximum.
C'est pas le top d'etre au dézoom maximum, mais ça devrait pouvoir t'aider.
Edit : T'as essayé de rapprocher deux doigts ? ( Tu les écartes sur le pad et tu les rapproche, ou l'inverse )

J'ai fais mes tests sur une partie en local, comme ça j'embête personne !
Par contre je peux maintenant affirmer que sur Chrome tout fonctionne au niveau zooming et dezooming.
